Built in grassroots. Built for grassroots.

Team Grassroots was founded by Paul Kirton, whose involvement in grassroots football spans 20 years.

That experience shapes our approach. We know the excitement of a child's first game, the pride of seeing a team develop and the responsibility carried by the volunteers behind it all.

We also understand the challenges: finding funds, organising kit, supporting players and fitting football around work and family.

Our organisation has grown, but that connection remains at its heart.

Local understanding. National reach.

Turning partnerships into opportunities for clubs, teams and volunteers.
